         ELMAS is occupying an honorable place in the market, started buying and selling Dried Apricots approximately 50 years ago in Dried Fruits business.

From then until nowadays ELMAS has improved its business remarkably, supported by a record of steady growth and solid achievements consolidating its strong position by having 12000 m 2 indoor areas factory to process and packaging Dried Apricots nearly 7000mt. annually,
We are proud to be first HACCP system applied facility in Malatya
Now we have established our brand new facility in Germencik Aydin placed 16.000 m2 dried fruit facility on 55.000 m2 for the process and packing of Dried Figs, Dried Apricots, Dried Dates which is almost the biggest facility special for these items,
Our countries of bulk export are mainly located in the United States, European Union, Russia, Eastern European Countries, Australia and Egypt.
Meanwhile we are supporting our safe products to numbers of worldwide and domestic supermarkets.
We have established on partnership companies for domestic market where the consumption of healthy food growing.
We are having every year new partners in new geographical areas and that is why we are more hopeful about future of our business.

Apricot:     It is a small tree, 8–12 m tall, with a trunk up to 40 cm diameter and a dense, spreading canopy. The leaves are ovate, 5–9 cm long and 4–8 cm wide, with a rounded base, a pointed tip and a finely serrated margin.

       The flowers are 2–4.5 cm diameter, with five white to pinkish petals; they are produced singly or in pairs in early spring before the leaves. The fruit is a drupe similar to a small peach, 1.5–2.5 cm diameter
